
MJ has been practicing for almost 10 years and decided to share her passion for Yoga with others about 6 years ago when she became a registered yoga instructor.
She has completed numerous workshops including Jimmy Barkan hot vinyasa flow and has completed a 200 hour registered yoga training in hot hatha yoga.
She shares her love and energy freely during class and encourages students to enjoy each posture and every breath and live their yoga through daily practice. MJ's philosophy encourages students to find peace and healing as we navigate through life's many challenges.
